The deadline for registration is 20 June 2022. Deadline for the payment of early bird registration: 15 June 2022.

For payments: payment is only possible via bank transfer.
Lunch: lunch is not included in the registration fee. Registered participants were informed about the registration for lunch (deadline: 15 June)
Conference dinner is not included in the registration fee. Payment for the conference dinner is possible only via bank transfer, to the same bank account. The registration fee and the cost of the conference dinner can be transferred at once, by one single payment.

Invoice:
- after receiving the payment, we will send you an advance invoice
- after the conference, we will send you the final invoice via email, or a hard copy via post if you request
- if you pay for the conference dinner, you will get a separate invoice for that amount

Registration fee will be waived for a limited number of phd students. For application,

should be sent to renyi100@renyi.hu by 8 May 2022 with the subject line containing "application". Letters of recommendation should be sent directly by the supervisor, with subject line containing "recommendation".
Decision will be made by 15 May 2022.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations can only be made via e-mail to renyi100@renyi.hu
Cancellation before 13 June 2022: Full refund, excluding EUR 50 administration charge.
Cancellation after 13 June 2022: No refund.
If you cannot attend the conference, a substitute is welcome to attend any time. In such case please contact the organizers at renyi100@renyi.hu
Force majeure
In case of force majeure the Organizer is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the will of the Organizer, that impedes permanent or temporary compliance with the obligations, such as "acts of God" including war, danger of war, government regulations, revolts, strikes, transportation difficulties, fire or severe disturbances affecting the conference organization or its supplies. If any of the above circumstances emerge an administrative fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
