Registration fee and payment

The registration fee includes:

  • conference pack
  • welcome reception
  • attendance to all scientific sessions and lectures
  • coffee breaks
  • conference dinner
  • VAT (27%)

The three types of registrations are:

  • Premium: it additionally contains accommodation* in nearby hotels
  • Standard: it additionally contains accommodation* in university student dormitories
  • Economy: it does not contain accommodation

* organizers make hotel or dormitory reservations according to the dates filled in the registration form but financial coverage within the registration fee is understood for 6 nights (28 July - 3 August) maximum. For additional days the extra costs should be arranged by the registrant, such request should be sent to the conference email (AnalysisMathConf@renyi.hu)

Added: We have 60+ registered participants to date, but we can admit some 20 more registrations to provide wider publicity to the lectures and presentations to be held. Therefore, we extended the "Early Bird" registration deadline by two weeks until 29 May.  Therefore we kindly ask you to register at your earliest convenience.

The deadline for registration is 30 June 2024. Deadline for the payment of early bird registration: 29 May 2024.

Conference dinner for one person is included in the registration fee. Additional accompanying persons can be added upon registration for the fee given above.

Invoice:

  • after receiving the payment, we will send you an invoice via email 
  • a hard copy of the invoice can be picked up during/after the conference
  • please let us know if you want / doesn't want the conference dinner appear in a separate line with the corresponding amount in your invoice
  • For request of preferencial discounted registration fee, please write an email request to the conference email address by 30 April 2024. 
    Decision will be made by 15 May 2024.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations can only be made via e-mail to AnalysisMathConf@renyi.hu 
Cancellation before 15 June 2024: Full refund, excluding bank charges.

Force majeure
In case of force majeure the Organizer is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the will of the Organizer, that impedes permanent or temporary compliance with the obligations, such as "acts of God" including war, danger of war, government regulations, revolts, strikes, transportation difficulties, fire or severe disturbances affecting the conference organization or its supplies. If any of the above circumstances emerge only bank charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
