The deadline for registration is 20 June 2024. Deadline for the payment of early bird registration: 15 May 2024.

Conference dinner is not included in the registration fee. The registration fee and the cost of the conference dinner can be transferred or paid at once, by one single payment.

Registration fee will be waived for a limited number of phd students.

should be sent to KatalinMartonConf2024@renyi.hu by 25 April 2024 with the subject line containing "application". Letters of recommendation should be sent directly by the supervisor, with subject line containing "recommendation".
Decision will be made by 10 May 2024.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations can only be made via e-mail to KatalinMartonConf2024@renyi.hu
Cancellation before 14 June 2024: Full refund, excluding bank charges.
Cancellation after 14 June 2024: No refund.
If you cannot attend the conference, a substitute is welcome to attend. In such case please contact the organizers at KatalinMartonConf2024@renyi.hu
Force majeure
In case of force majeure the Organizer is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the will of the Organizer, that impedes permanent or temporary compliance with the obligations, such as "acts of God" including war, danger of war, government regulations, revolts, strikes, transportation difficulties, fire or severe disturbances affecting the conference organization or its supplies. If any of the above circumstances emerge only bank charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
